In accordance with the provisions of the 'Communiqué on Principles on Real Estate Investment Funds' numbered III-52.3, published in the Official Gazette of the Capital Markets Board (Board) on 17.07.2014, it is exclusively evaluated by independent real estate appraisal institutions where more than half of the total gross area of the independent section is reserved for residential use. It is possible to establish a Project Real Estate Investment Fund to invest in real estate projects determined by a report to be prepared.
