Funds that are private to investors (institutions, individuals, or family members) with a certain amount of assets and provide the opportunity to implement an investment strategy according to the risk-return preferences of these investors are defined as private funds. The investment strategy, restrictions, and objectives of the fund are clearly stated in the fund issuance document. The investment strategy can be changed according to market conditions.
